The company began over 40 years ago in 1964 as a specialist in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) for residential customers in the Grand Rapids, Grandville, and West Michigan area. Founded by Dennis Vredevoogd, the company is now owned and operated by his sons Michael and Thomas, to continue as a local, family-owned business. Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling has grown to employ about 40 people, but still specializes in meeting the needs of residential customers.
